GHRP-2 (pralmorelin) is a ghrelin-mimetic growth-hormone secretagogue that acts on the GHS-R1a receptor to amplify the natural GH pulse. It is the middle option in the class: stronger GH release than Ipamorelin, notably less appetite drive than GHRP-6. Paired with a GHRH analog, the combined release is markedly larger than either compound alone.
- A GHS-R1a (ghrelin receptor) agonist that amplifies the body's own GH pulse rather than replacing it, and combined with a GHRH analog such as CJC-1295 or Sermorelin, GH release is markedly larger than either alone.PubMed: GHRP-2
